Acceptable Use Policy
Draft for review. Prepared from what the software actually does. Not reviewed by a lawyer and not legal advice. Items marked [CONFIRM] need a decision or a professional opinion before publication.
A short list of things you must not do with DronOps.
Do not
- Enter records you know to be false. DronOps produces evidence for regulators; falsifying it defeats the purpose and may be an offence.
- Use the service to plan or conceal operations that are unlawful in the jurisdiction concerned.
- Attempt to access another customer’s data, or probe, scan or test our systems without written permission.
- Upload malware, or content you have no right to share.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without agreement.
- Circumvent plan limits or automate use in a way that degrades the service for others.
Security research
We welcome good-faith reports. Write to hello@aironov.com before testing anything, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it.
Enforcement
We may suspend access for a serious or repeated breach. Where we can, we will contact you first — and consistent with our approach to non-payment, suspension means read-only rather than losing sight of your own records, except where continued access would itself cause harm.
